***NOTE*** A reservation ensures use of the gardens for the reserved purpose at the date/time specified. Please be sure to include time to set up and clean up your event during your reservation time. Rain dates are not automatic -- a specific rain date reservation must be booked in the reservation system. Based on current availability, time will be confirmed by a garden coordinators. Please provide a 3-hour slot -- time includes set up and clean up. If you are making this request less than 48 hours prior to your event you cannot use this form and must contact us directly at emeraldwildflowergarden@gmail.com

No moonbounces or other play equipment are not allowed. Any special requests should be directed to emeraldwildflowergardengmail.com before submission of this form. No rental donation or deposit is due until your reservation is confirmed by EWG. An EWG volunteer will contact you with payment and deposit instructions. I affirm that I have read through both the full list of garden guidelines and this shorter form, and that I will observe all the garden rules (and be responsible for my guests observing them as well). I understand that failure to observe the rules may result in my event being evicted from the park, loss of my $50 deposit and/or legal consequences as appropriate. The organizer of an event assumes liability for the actions of and injury to any one attending that organizer's event at the garden. I understand that EWG assumes no liability for my event and cannot guarantee garden condition or other garden users' compliance with the garden guidelines. By submitting this form I acknowledge my acceptance and agreement to these terms.
